We want you to be completely satisified. We try to show and describe each piece of jewelry as accurately as possible so you are aware of what you are purchasing. If, however, you are not satisifed for any reason, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. All items must be in the same condition as they were when received and in their original boxes.

Q: How do I custom order a piece of jewelry?

Go to the custom order page and complete the form. Include any additional information in the comment section to help in clarifying your desires. Kelley will then contact you by email to follow up on availability of the stone, size, etc. and when the item will be completed and shipped.

Q: How do you ship my jewelry purchase?

Your jewelry will be packaged and shipped priority through USPS and will be insured with a delivery confirmation.

Q: What is your warranty?

All jewelry is warrantied for 90 days for quality of workmanship. This does not include minor imperfections in stones.
